We are independent of any mobile network operator or retailer. We can't guarantee a specific outcome, but we provide clear and impartial information about the options available.
Our services are available to UK residents aged 18 or over who have a mobile plan, contract, SIM-only arrangement or related query.
Initial consultation: free. Additional advisory services: fees vary by the work required and are disclosed and agreed with you in writing before any chargeable work begins.
As the initial consultation is free of charge, no refund applies to that stage. For any chargeable service, cancellation terms and any applicable refund arrangements will be set out in the written quote agreed with you before work begins.
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific chargeable service in question. We are not liable for decisions made by, or actions taken by, any mobile network operator or other third party, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
We do not provide technical support, hardware repair, or account access services. We are not a network operator or authorised agent of any network operator.
To raise a complaint, contact complaints@deviceupgradeshelp.online. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within 14 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to a service will be the version communicated or published for that service.
